De functie inhoud Als Fleet coördinator in Zeebrugge ben jij de spil die zorgt voor de vlotte werking van het materieelbeheer. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole bij leveranciers voor herstellingen en keuringen, zodat alles voldoet aan de hoogste normen.
  • Je coördineert de aankoop, verkoop en onderhoud van containers, trailers en chassis om een optimale werking van het wagenpark te waarborgen.
  • Je zorgt voor de opvolging van schadegevallen en waarborgt de operationele beschikbaarheid van het materieel.
  • Het organiseren van werkplaatsherpositionering voor de continuïteit van herstellingen en keuringen.
  • Je beheert administratief de documenten, verzekeringen en keuringen, en volgt de facturatie naar klanten en onderaannemers op.

  • Technische kennis van trailers, chassis en containers? Ideaal!
  • Je bent een expert in het sluiten van deals met leveranciers en aan- en verkopers.
  • Je hebt MS Office in de vingers en gebruikt het met gemak (Excel, Outlook, …).
  • Je houdt van aanpakken en laat alles vlot administratief verlopen.
  • Je werkt vlot samen en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en biedt altijd constructieve feedback die bijdraagt aan verbetering.
