The posting

Je beheert het volledige wagenpark met onze bedrijfs- en servicewagens van A tot Z (bestellingen, leveringen, in- en uitdienstname...) Je werkt samen met onze leasepartner Ayvens voor de opvolging van contracten, schadedossiers, offertes e.a. Je bent binnen de organisatie het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en externe partners. Je neemt de lead in onderhandelingen met externe partners voor het opzetten van fleetgerelateerde projecten. Je bewaakt de documentatie van het wagenpark bv. Car Policy. Je staat in voor de maandelijkse rapportage van het wagenpark en verbeteringsprocessen. Je bent bereid om de nodige verplaatsingen naar onze andere vestigingen te maken. Je staat in voor de back-up van de receptie.

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans communiceer je vlot met elk type gesprekspartner. Je hebt dan ook diverse contacten intern en extern. Je kan zelfstandig en organisatorisch je taken uitvoeren. Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit zijn jou niet vreemd. Je werkt resultaat- en oplossingsgericht en beschikt over een commerciële ingesteldheid. Ervaring binnen fleet is een pluspunt en een meerwaarde
