Zorgen dat een professionele transportvloot iedere dag veilig en inzetbaar de baan op kan? Hier neem jij het technische beheer in handen.

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen transport en logistiek in regio Haaltert zoeken we een Fleet & Transport Coördinator. De organisatie verzorgt dagelijks transport- en logistieke activiteiten voor een brede klantenportefeuille en beschikt hiervoor over een eigen wagenpark.

Binnen deze functie krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over de technische en administratieve opvolging van de vloot. Je staat daarbij dicht bij de dagelijkse transportwerking en vormt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, collega's, garages en andere externe partners.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bewaakt de technische staat en inzetbaarheid van het wagenpark en plant onderhoud, keuringen, herstellingen en andere noodzakelijke interventies tijdig in
  • Bij pannes, schades of technische problemen schakel je snel met garages, leveranciers en andere externe partners en volg je de verdere afhandeling op
  • Chauffeurs kunnen bij jou terecht met technische vragen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de begeleiding van nieuwe chauffeurs en besteed je aandacht aan veiligheid en correct rijgedrag
  • Ook de administratieve kant behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid: je volgt onder andere verbruik, schadedossiers, technische gegevens en materiaal nauwkeurig op
  • Geplande werkzaamheden en aandachtspunten stem je af met de betrokken collega's, zodat de vloot maximaal beschikbaar blijft voor de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen fleetmanagement, technisch wagenparkbeheer of transport zijn noodzakelijk. Hierdoor heb je een goede praktische kennis van vrachtwagens, trailers en de bijhorende onderhoudsprocessen
  • Digitale fleet- en transporttoepassingen zijn je niet vreemd en je kunt technische informatie correct verwerken, analyseren en administratief opvolgen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je daarnaast professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Zelfstandig werken en snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties liggen je goed
