Bij Center Parcs De Haan ontdekken onze gasten het park en de omgeving graag op twee wielen. Als medewerker van de fietsenverhuur zorg jij ervoor dat ze zorgeloos kunnen vertrekken voor een leuke uitstap. Dankzij jouw gastvrijheid, technische feeling en oog voor orde beleven onze gasten een vlotte en aangename verhuurervaring.

Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker fietsenverhuur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Je:

· Verwelkomt gasten vriendelijk en helpt hen bij het kiezen van de juiste fiets of het geschikte verhuurmateriaal.

· Maakt fietsen gebruiksklaar en geeft duidelijke uitleg over het gebruik ervan.

· Controleert fietsen en verhuurmateriaal op netheid, veiligheid en zichtbare defecten.

· Voert kleine herstellingen en eenvoudige onderhoudswerken uit.

· Verzorgt de verhuuradministratie en verwerkt betalingen correct.

· Beantwoordt vragen van gasten op een klantvriendelijke en professionele manier.

· Houdt de verhuurlocatie netjes, georganiseerd en overzichtelijk.

· Werkt nauw samen met collega's zodat alles ook tijdens drukke momenten vlot blijft verlopen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en helpt mensen graag verder.
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en bent niet bang om de handen vuil te maken.
  • Je hebt interesse in fietsen en kan kleine technische problemen oplossen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tijdens de week, weekends en vakantieperiodes.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een positieve houding.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan gasten verder helpen in het Frans en/of Engels.
