The posting

Samen met de klant ontdek je wat écht bij hem of haar past. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en geeft persoonlijk en eerlijk advies. Je neemt de tijd om klanten te begeleiden en zorgt ervoor dat ze met een goed gevoel én het juiste juweel de winkel verlaten. Een flinke dosis mensenkennis en gevoel voor stijl komt daarbij goed van pas.

Na een opleiding on the job word je vlot wegwijs in ons softwareprogramma. Je verwerkt verkopen, registreert klantenherstellingen en -bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van transfers en andere winkeladministratie.

Daarnaast steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen: meehelpen met het prijzen en verwerken van goederen, uitpakken van leveringen en opnemen van diverse ondersteunende administratieve taken. Ook visual merchandising maakt deel uit van je rol: samen zorgen we ervoor dat de winkel en etalages er altijd verzorgd, inspirerend en piekfijn uitzien.

Jan Maes is een familiebedrijf dat sinds 1966 actief is in de uurwerk- en juweliersbranche. De passie voor uurwerken en juwelen wordt al 4 generaties lang doorgegeven. Aan waarden zoals klantvriendelijkheid en expertise wordt bij Jan Maes veel waarde gehecht.

Jan Maes profileert zich als familiejuwelier en wil bij elke belangrijke mijlpaal van de klant aanwezig zijn, zoals geboorte, verloving, huwelijk, Moederdag, …

Jan Maes is uitgegroeid tot een organisatie bestaande uit 40 medewerkers, werkzaam in één van onze 5 filialen (drie in Sint-Niklaas, één in Wijnegem en één in Oostende), het administratief centrum in Temse, en een webshop in volle expansie.

Voor onze Jan Maes juwelierszaak te Oostende zijn we op zoek naar een flexi klantenadviseur met administratieve skills, die meerdere dagen in de week beschikbaar is en op zaterdag en/of zondag.

  • Je bent gepassioneerd door juwelen en uurwerken, dat laat je voelen bij de klanten.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en klantgerichtheid is je tweede natuur. Je wil klanten oprecht verder helpen en het juiste advies verlenen.
  • Je hebt administratieve skills en je kan vlot overweg met basis computerprogramma’s.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent positief ingesteld.
  • Je bent een teamspeler.
  • Ervaring in de sector of in de verkoop van luxeproducten is een plus, maar niet vereist.
  • Je bent meerdere momenten in de week beschikbaar (vaak op zaterdag en zondag).
