Met 300 gemotiveerde medewerkers wordt elke dag ingezet op een uitstekende service en hoogwaardige kwaliteit. Als marktleider heeft het bedrijf niet alleen oog voor tevreden klanten, maar ook voor het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Via regelmatige opleidingen krijgen medewerkers alle kansen om hun kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Jobomschrijving

Als flexi winkelmedewerker groenten & fruit verloopt je week als volgt

  • je vult de afdeling groenten en fruit aan en zorgt voor een verzorgde presentatie
  • daarna voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en waak je over de versheid van de producten
  • vervolgens weeg je de gekozen producten af en voorzie je ze van het juiste etiket
  • je vult de winkel aan volgens het FIFO-principe
  • bij prijswijzigingen pas je de etiketten in de rekken aan
  • je helpt klanten vriendelijk verder en begeleidt hen bij het vinden van het juiste product

Wie zoeken we als flexi winkelmedewerker groenten & fruit:

  • je hebt geen probleem met fysiek werk en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • goede kennis van groenten en fruit heb je al en hiermee kan je klanten correct adviseren
  • klantvriendelijkheid zit in jou en je krijgt energie van contact met klanten
  • aan de slag als flexi-medewerker kan je
  • je bent beschikbaar tussen maandag en vrijdag van 07:30 tot 17:30, de dagen en uren zijn bespreekbaar
