Als flexleerkracht ben je inzetbaar op verschillende scholen binnen onze stichting. De eerste inzet is op OKC De Regenboog in Hoedekenskerke vanwege ziektevervanging. Afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid is een inzet van 0,2 tot 0,7 fte bespreekbaar. We kijken graag samen naar een passende verdeling van de werkdagen. Het motto van Omnis is: Samen wijzer. Leren anders organiseren Wij geloven in adaptief onderwijs, waarbij iedere leerling de ruimte krijgt om te leren op zijn of haar eigen niveau en tempo. Door het onderwijs flexibel te organiseren, sluiten we beter aan bij de unieke behoeften, interesses en talenten van elk kind. Zo creëren we een leeromgeving waarin alle leerlingen tot bloei kunnen komen. Samenwerking We werken nauw samen met Kibeo kinderopvang binnen de kindcentra en met de andere scholen van Stichting Omnisscholen in de Zak van Zuid-Beveland. Door benutten we elkaars expertise optimaal en blijven we van elkaar leren. Daarnaast ontmoeten we elkaar regelmatig fysiek, voor gezamenlijke projecten, vieringen en evenementen. Dit versterkt de onderlinge band tussen leerlingen én medewerkers, en maakt van twee scholen één krachtige gemeenschap.
