Als zorgprofessional bij SGL werk je met cliënten met niet aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH), een doelgroep die dagelijks uitdagingen ervaart in hun functioneren. Jij ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse leven, helpt bij ADL-zorg en stimuleert hun zelfstandigheid en welzijn. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen zij een zo normaal mogelijk leven leiden. Wat zijn de voordelen van werken in onze Flexpool? Begeleiding vanuit flexpoolteam; Teamgevoel – Ook als flexpool medewerker ben je een belangrijk deel van ons zorgteam! Introductie bij de diverse locaties waar je gaat werken; In dienst bij SGL als collega; Sfeerproeven op meerdere locaties; Uitbreiding van kennis en vaardigheden door variërende werkomgevingen; Meer regie over je eigen werkplanning./ Eigen regie over je werkuren; Eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor het inplannen van je werkuren; Flexibiliteit, makkelijk te combineren met privéleven of studie; Werken met verschillende teams, wat je zelfredzaamheid versterkt. Dit ga je doen… Meestal start je werkdag met bewoners uit bed halen, douchen en verzorgen. Maar elke werkdag is zo anders! Iedere mens is anders, jij stemt daarom jouw handelen af op de behoefte van de bewoners. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de mogelijkheden van je cliënt en onderzoekt hoe je hem of haar zoveel mogelijk eigen regie kan geven. Je begeleidt je cliënten en stelt doelen. Indien gewenst betrek je de naasten. Ook help je de client in het contact met medecliënten. Groepsdynamiek vind je interessant, conflictsituaties ervaar je als een uitdaging. Uitvoeren van verzorgende ADL taken vind je vanzelfsprekend. Dit ben jij…. (onze vereisten en wensen) Wij zijn op zoek naar verschillende geïnteresseerde kandidaten voor de zorg & begeleiding van onze cliënten, met een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal

niveau 3 (MMZ, SPW, VZ-IG, Verpleegkundige). Kennis van de omgang, verzorging van mensen met lichamelijke beperking en hersenletsel is een pré. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs & auto. Wat bieden wij? Een salarisschaal tussen de €2597,- en €3635,- bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 u/w vanaf 1 mei (FWG 35 van de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg); Vakantiegeld 8% & eindejaarsuitkering van 8.33%; Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,29 bruto per kilometer; ‘Een leven lang leren’. Vanuit de studiekostenregeling zijn er allerlei cursus- en trainingsmogelijkheden; Een collectiviteitregeling voor de zorgverzekering; Verschillende werkkosten regelingen; De balans in ontspanning en werk is bij ons gewaarborgd; Aantal contracturen is bespreekbaar; Contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
