Wat je kan verwachten Het F&B team is verantwoordelijk voor het overtreffen van de wensen van onze gasten en werkt samen in professionele teams. Het hotel heeft vijf restaurants, waarvan “Ciel Bleu” bekroond is met twee Michelinsterren en het “Yamazato restaurant” met één Michelinster. Restaurant Teppanyaki is een begrip in Amsterdam en daarbuiten. “Le Camelia” is dagelijks geopend voor ontbijt en kan ook geboekt worden voor lunches en diners. Restaurant Serre is geïnspireerd door Ciel Bleu en is dagelijks geopend van 10.00 uur tot 22.00 uur. Naast onze uitstekende restaurants beschikt Hotel Okura over twee hotelbars en 19 zalen. In de functie van F&B Allround trainee krijg je de kans om backstage te werken in het grootste F&B hotel van Nederland. Op basis van jouw ervaring en jouw voorkeuren stellen we een programma samen dat het beste bij jouw persoonlijkheid past. De volgende afdelingen kunnen deel uitmaken van je traineeship: - Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka; - Yamazato; - Ciel Bleu; - Serre Restaurant; - Le Camelia / Roomservice; - Banqueting; - Bars; Het ondersteunen van het F&B Management zal zowel in administratieve taken als in het strategisch meedenken zijn. De operationele taken, zoals het adviseren van gasten wat betreft de menu's, het serveren van gerechten en het serveren van onze gasten, zullen gebaseerd zijn op de standaarden van Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
