Je geeft leiding aan zowel de bediening als het keukenteam via een ervaren leidinggevend team dat bestaat uit drie F&B Supervisors, een Executive Chef en twee Sous Chefs. Bij Mercure Amsterdam City zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on en inspirerende Food & Beverage Manager die onze F&B-operatie gaat leiden en een sleutelrol gaat spelen binnen het Management Team van het hotel. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Food & Beverage Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algehele Food & Beverage-ervaring binnen het hotel. Je overziet onze restaurants, bar, het terras en de vergaderfaciliteiten, waarbij je zorgt voor vlekkeloze operationele processen, een uitstekende gasttevredenheid en sterke zakelijke resultaten. In deze rol ga je: - Het F&B-team leiden, inspireren en ontwikkelen, waarbij je bouwt aan een cultuur van betrokkenheid, verantwoordelijkheid en uitmuntendheid. - Als hoofd van de F&B-afdeling stuur je direct een leidinggevend team aan bestaande uit drie F&B Supervisors (Rob, Freek en Alan) en de Executive Chef (Pascal).
