Rôle et missions

· Accompagner et former les demandeurs d'emploi pour définir avec eux un projet d’orientation professionnelle et d’établir un plan d’action emploi/formation;

· Réaliser un bilan socio-professionnel avec les stagiaires (réaliser un bilan de compétences, identifier les motivations, ressources et freins à l’emploi ou la réinsertion professionnelle) ;

· Guider les stagiaires dans leur processus de mobilisation et orientation et les aider à construire un projet professionnel en lien avec leurs difficultés diverses (sociales, de mobilité, liées à l’apprentissage, limites physiques…)

· Organiser des rencontres, visites d’entreprises ou de centres de formation adaptés aux besoins des stagiaires ;

· Former les stagiaires à la construction des outils de recherche d’emploi et de communication : cv, lettre de motivation et autres outils adéquats et les conseiller sur les techniques et modalités de recherche active d’emploi (recherche des offres, identification des entreprises, sources de veille informatives, réseautage…)

· Développer et/ou renforcer les compétences communicationnelles des stagiaires : préparer à la prise de contact et d’information par téléphone, aux entretiens d’embauche ;

· Assurer le suivi des stages d’acculturation par des contacts réguliers avec les entreprises et avec les stagiaires.

· Rechercher avec les stagiaires, un stage découverte métier et en effectuer l’encadrement : établissement des conventions de stage, évaluations ;

· Évaluer la progression des stagiaires : effectuer des entretiens individuels, participer à des réunions de suivi et d’évaluation et établir des retours sur action à destination du FOREM ;

· Évaluer la formation : évaluer le déroulement et les résultats et ajuster le programme et la méthode des modules suivants en fonction d’une auto-évaluation personnelle et des évaluations des participants en concertation avec les autres formateurs du groupe.

Compétences

  • Bonne connaissance du monde de l'insertion socioprofessionnelle et des objectifs CISP
  • Bonne connaissance des publics infra scolarisés et sans emploi
  • Bonne connaissance de la pédagogie des adultes
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu associatif de la région de Charleroi
  • Bonne connaissance du réseau des entreprises pour la mise en stage
  • Capacité de mener des cours collectifs ET des entretiens individuels d'orientation
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe
  • Posséder le permis B ainsi qu'un véhicule

Conditions

· Barème de la fonction : Echelon 3 ou 4 de la CP 329.02 suivant le diplôme

· Entrée en fonction le 19 novembre

· Contrat mi-temps

· CDD jusque fin décembre (renouvelable sous certaines conditions)
