Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het boeken en afhandelen van internationale zendingen. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief correct is en hebt veel contact met chauffeurs en klanten, wat deze baan afwisselend en dynamisch maakt. Je begint je dag met het verwerken van binnengekomen ritten van chauffeurs en boekt nieuwe zendingen in het systeem. Je plant pick-up- en leverafspraken en helpt chauffeurs die hun rittenoverzicht komen ophalen of afgeven. Je houdt het overzicht in de administratie en handelt douanezaken netjes af. Je werkt met Word en Excel en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan. Dagelijks heb je contact met internationale chauffeurs en collega's, dus het spreken van Engels is belangrijk. Wil je doorgroeien? Dat kan! Je kunt bijvoorbeeld naar de planningsafdeling of werken met grote klanten. Je krijgt goede begeleiding en werkt in een gezellig team.
