Das 4-Sterne Hotel Panorama ist ein kleines, familiär geführtes Haus in sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Lech am Arlberg.

Direkt an der Piste und die malerische Kulisse des Arlbergs vor Augen - das sind die besten Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Skiurlaub.

Die Familie Grabher in Lech sucht zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Team`s: 1 Frühstückskoch/-köchin oder Jungkoch/-köchin Beschäftigung ab Anfang Wintersaison

Wintersaisonzeiten - Anfang Dezember 26 bis April 27

Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung unseres reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffets

für ca. 50 Hausgäste

* Zubereitung von frischen Eierspeisen für unsere Gäste während des Frühstücks

* Erstellung der Mitarbeiterverpflegung

* Erstellung der Speisen für unsere Nachmittagsjause (wie zB. diverse Kuchen, diverse Suppen, div. Snacks, usw.)

* Mitverantwortlich für die einwandfreie Ordnung und Sauberkeit vor allem im Küchenbereich gemäß der allgemeinen HACCP Richtlinien, Reinigung der Arbeitsgeräte

* sorgfältige und fachgerechte Lagerung und Verwendung der Rohstoffe und Produkte

Ihr Profil:

* Erfahrung als Frühstückskoch/-köchin in der 4* Hotellerie wünschenswert

* Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung ist von Vorteil

* Selbstständig, begeisterungsfähig, Teamplayer, Verlässlichkeit

* große Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Innovative Arbeitsweise mit Kostenbewusstsein

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation im Team und mit den Gästen
