Freelance Finance, ERP & Digital Transformation Specialist

Regio Diegem | Langdurige freelanceopdracht | Opstart ASAP

USG Professionals is op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance Finance, ERP & Digital Transformation Specialist voor onze klant in regio Diegem.

Onze klant bevindt zich midden in een belangrijk ERP-transformatietraject en zoekt versterking op het snijvlak van finance, ERP, functionele IT-coördinatie en procesoptimalisatie.

Je maakt deel uit van een compact financeteam en werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en de interne ERP-projectverantwoordelijke. Je combineert jouw financiële expertise met een sterke interesse in systemen, digitalisering en het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen.

De focus ligt op het ondersteunen van de lopende ERP-implementatie, het versterken van de financiële werking en het coördineren van IT-gerelateerde vraagstukken in samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.

Concreet omvat jouw opdracht:

  • Ondersteunen van de ERP-transformatie naar Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Meedenken over functionele vereisten, procesoptimalisaties, testing en de integratie van nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Ondersteunen en optimaliseren van accountingprocessen, financiële controles en afsluitingsactiviteiten.
  • Opnemen van verantwoordelijkheden binnen tax compliance, waaronder vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen interne medewerkers en externe IT-partners en de opvolging van IT-gerelateerde vragen coördineren.
  • Identificeren van mogelijkheden voor verdere digitalisering, automatisering en efficiëntere rapportering.
  • Bijdragen aan kennisoverdracht, continuïteit en een toekomstgerichte financeorganisatie.

Je hoeft geen technische IT-specialist te zijn. We zoeken vooral een ervaren financeprofessional die financiële en bedrijfsprocessen doorgrondt, vlot met IT-partners samenwerkt en veranderingen pragmatisch weet te begeleiden.ast kanaal en innovation meetups.

Must haves

  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen accounting, finance en financiële processen.
  • Goede kennis van fiscaliteit en tax compliance.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur aangevuld met implementatie- of optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Sterke affiniteit met IT, bedrijfsapplicaties en digitalisering.
  • Ervaring met functionele afstemming tussen business, finance en externe consultants.
  • Zelfstandige, hands-on en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden.
  • Beschikbaarheid voor een langdurige freelanceopdracht.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision of vergelijkbare ERP-systemen.
  • Ervaring met datamigratie, functionele testing, UAT en go-livebegeleiding.
  • Kennis van Power BI, Power Query of procesautomatisering.
  • Ervaring met de coördinatie van externe IT-dienstverleners.
  • Ervaring met change management binnen een internationale organisatie.
  • Interesse in AI-toepassingen binnen finance.
