Als projectleider verbind je mensen, processen en technologie binnen het fysieke domein. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de gemeente Tilburg haar informatievoorziening rondom de Omgevingswet op orde brengt en doorgroeit naar een datagedreven netwerkorganisatie!"

Wat ga je doen?

Als projectleider Rx.Mission geef je richting aan een strategisch en maatschappelijk belangrijk digitaliserings- en harmonisatieproject op het snijvlak van ICT, data en de fysieke leefomgeving. Sinds de inwerkingtreding van de Omgevingswet is er de maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke opgave om ruimtelijk-economische projecten (zoals woningbouw, klimaatadaptatie en de energietransitie) integraal en datagedreven te sturen. Momenteel zijn VTH-processen en datastromen echter nog versnipperd over verschillende silo's en systemen. Jij pakt de regie om de applicatie Rx.Mission (in samenhang met Rx.Base en STTR Builder) ketenbreed in te richten als de centrale informatiebasis. Door een gestructureerde aanpak en heldere communicatie zorg je voor draagvlak bij alle interne afdelingen en externe ketenpartners.

Jouw kerntaken:

• Voeren van de projectregie: Je leidt het project vanuit de afdeling PPI in nauwe samenwerking met de afdeling DIT en de betrokken vakafdelingen in de keten. • In kaart brengen van IST- en SOL-situaties: Je voert een keten- en procesanalyse uit om te bepalen welke (deel)processen en ketenpartners (nog) moeten aansluiten op Rx.Mission, inclusief afstemming met leverancier Roxit. • Datakwaliteit en Common Ground: Je regisseert het opschonen en harmoniseren van data, zodat alle ketenpartners beschikken over betrouwbare, actuele data volgens de Common Ground-principes (ontsluiting via API's). • Inrichten van Ketengovernance: Je adviseert en formuleert afspraken over informatiemanagement, de overlegstructuur en roldefinities (zoals proceseigenaar, systeemeigenaar, key-user en applicatiebeheerder). • Verbinden en cultuurverandering: Je bouwt aan een gezamenlijke werkwijze e
