Freelance Verpleegkundige Geriatrie – Regio Zuid-Oost-Limburg

In de geriatrie draait het om meer dan alleen medische zorg. Jij staat dicht bij oudere patiënten en hun families. Elke dag merk je hoe waardevol jouw zorg is. Geriatrische patiënten hebben vaak meerdere aandoeningen, wat betekent dat je breed moet denken en snel moet schakelen. Soms vraagt een situatie om verpleegkundige expertise, andere keren om rust en nabijheid. Deze veelzijdigheid maakt werken op de geriatrie uniek.

Je bent nooit alleen op deze afdeling. In nauwe samenwerking met je team zorg je ervoor dat iedere patiënt zich veilig en ondersteund voelt. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kiest voor warme zorg met inhoudelijke uitdaging. Klinkt dit vertrouwd? Dan horen we graag van je.

Wat ga je doen?

- Beheren van medicatie en verlenen van hygiënische zorg aan patiënten. - Coördineren van zorg in samenwerking met andere verpleegkundigen. Je draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor jouw deel. - Uitvoeren en opvolgen van medische orders in nauwe samenwerking met artsen. - Toepassen van diverse verpleegtechnische vaardigheden zoals wondzorg, blaassondages en bloednames. - Zorgdragen voor duidelijke communicatie binnen de afdeling. - Samenwerken met een multidisciplinair team van zorgverleners en paramedici.
