USG Professionals brengt hoogopgeleide professionals en ambitieuze organisaties samen binnen zes expertisedomeinen: Engineering, Science, ICT, HR, Legal en Finance. We ondersteunen bedrijven zowel bij tijdelijke capaciteitsnoden via projectsourcing als bij de vaste invulling van vacatures via werving en selectie.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de energiesector zijn we op zoek naar een Workforce Planning Consultant die mee vorm geeft aan de verdere implementatie van een nieuwe Workforce Planning & Budgeting tool binnen People & Organisation.

In deze rol combineer je analyse, finance, HR en projectwerking. Je ondersteunt de verdere implementatie van de tool, helpt processen en governance te structureren en draagt daarnaast bij aan de transformatie van de manier waarop de organisatie met externe consultants en contractors werkt.

Jouw opdracht

Je komt terecht in een grootschalig, transversaal project waarin verschillende teams en stakeholders samenkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner en verschillende stakeholders binnen People & Organisation en de business.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Workforce Planning & Budgeting

  • Ondersteunen van de Product Owner bij de verdere coördinatie van de implementatie van de Workforce Planning & Budgeting tool.
  • Bestaande business requirements verder verfijnen en vertalen naar duidelijke en bruikbare functionele specificaties.
  • Meedenken over de nodige data en rapporteringen en zorgen voor een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Bijdragen aan de uitwerking en implementatie van processen en governance.
  • Ondersteunen bij de configuratie en testing van de tool en de kwaliteit, consistentie en bruikbaarheid van de output bewaken.
  • Opzetten en verder uitwerken van rapportering rond workforce en budget.

Third-party management

Parallel aan het workforce planning-project ondersteun je het Organisational Development team bij de verdere professionalisering van het beheer van externe consultants en contractors.

Hierbij:

  • Ondersteun je change-initiatieven rond nieuwe manieren van samenwerken met externe partijen.
  • Zorg je mee voor alignment tussen stakeholders binnen People & Organisation en de business.
  • Werk je mee aan duidelijke processen en governance rond third-party management.
  • Ontwikkel je documentatie, richtlijnen en communicatiemateriaal voor een consistente on- en offboarding.
  • Zet je rapportering op en zorg je ervoor dat relevante informatie op een gestructureerde manier beschikbaar is.

We zoeken een consultant die analytisch sterk is, graag structuur brengt en zich comfortabel voelt op het kruispunt van Finance, HR en projectwerking.

Je brengt idealiter mee:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante professionele ervaring; ongeveer 6 jaar ervaring is ideaal.
  • Een achtergrond in Finance, gecombineerd met een sterke interesse in HR en/of People & Organisation.
  • Ervaring met de implementatie van workforce planning- of budgetteringstools.
  • Ervaring met transversale projecten en change, waarbij je niet alleen ondersteunt maar ook mee zorgt voor adoptie en implementatie.
  • Sterk stakeholdermanagement en het vermogen om verschillende belangen samen te brengen.
  • Een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Een pragmatische, hands-on en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zorgt tegelijk voor voldoende afstemming binnen een bredere projectstructuur.
  • Vlotte kennis in zowel Engels en Nederlands of Frans
