The posting

Als Freight Forwarder Zeevracht Export Healthcare ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van exportzendingen van farmaceutische producten en medische goederen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke zending voldoet aan de strenge kwaliteits- en regelgeving binnen de gezondheidssector en garandeert een veilige, correcte en tijdige levering.

Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en informeert hen proactief over hun zendingen.

Je beheert exportdossiers in het TMS-systeem.

Je boekt transporten bij zorgvuldig geselecteerde rederijen en logistieke partners volgens de geldende Healthcare-standaarden.

Je werkt nauw samen met de douane- en Quality Assurance-teams om een correcte documentatie en naleving van GDP-, IMDG- en andere regelgeving te verzekeren.

Je onderhoudt contact met het wereldwijde eigen netwerk voor het aanmelden van zendingen en het opmaken van offertes.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte facturatie en een hoge kwaliteit van de gegevensverwerking.

Je waakt over de naleving van alle veiligheids-, temperatuur- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften zodat de integriteit van de producten gegarandeerd blijft.

  • ü Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als Expediteur Zeevracht. ü Ervaring of een sterke interesse in Healthcare Logistics is een plus. ü Kennis van GDP-richtlijnen en temperatuurgecontroleerde transporten is een meerwaarde. ü Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. ü Je werkt vlot met digitale systemen. ü Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
