Wat je kan verwachten Het Front Office team is verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van onze gasten, in- en uitcheck procedures en het verstrekken van informatie en service. Het Front Office-team is ook verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van gasten naar hun kamers en het afhandelen van gastbetalingen.Als Front Desk Manager begeleid je het Front Office team tijdens de dienst. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als je teamleden. Ervoor zorgen dat de normen van Hotel Okura Amsterdam, gebaseerd op de Leading Hotels of the World-normen, goed worden gehandhaafd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een geslaagde shift, je zorgt ervoor dat het team goed wordt gebriefd en geïnstrueerd, onze VIP gasten worden herkend, kamers naar wens van de gast zijn ingericht en eventuele klachten worden goed opgevolgd. Je onderhoudt nauwe communicatie tussen het Housekeeping-, Engineering- en Reserveringsteam, waardoor je verzekerd bent van een onberispelijke verblijfservaring. Een aantal teamleden van het Front Office-team wordt aangesteld als uw buddy, die u gedurende het jaar volgt en 2 officiële evaluatiegesprekken per jaar verzorgt. Bij calamiteiten ben je de eerste persoon die het bevel voert en overlegt met de Beveiliging en het BHV-team om het probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn: • Begeleiden van receptionisten, Concierge, Guest Relations, Operator en Portiers tijdens de dienst; • Coach
