The posting

Make it feel like home Het thuisgevoel: onbezorgd en vertrouwd. Het doel van ons front office team is om de gasten op hun gemak te laten voelen. Element Amsterdam Hotel focust zich op long-stay gasten: een verblijf van enkele weken/maanden. Dit vraagt meer dan een soepele check-in/out.

Onze Front Office Manager aan het woord: Het bijzondere aan deze functie is de band die je opbouwt met de gast, het creëert een familiegevoel. Wij streven naar service die alle verwachtingen overtreft, daarom is het des te belangrijk om te connecten met de gast. We tonen oprechte interesse, maken een praatje, op zijn tijd een dolletje en geven uiteraard antwoord op al hun vragen.

Over Element Amsterdam: Het hotel staat in een bruisende omgeving, dichtbij de Zuidas in het moderne winkelcentrum van Gelderlandplein. Element is een lifestyle brand van Marriott International en richt zich op zowel zakelijkse als leisure gasten. Dit hotel beschikt over 160 moderne design kamers, meerdere vergaderruimtes en een uitgebreid dakterras; allemaal geïnspireerd op de natuur en slim design.

Functie-eisen: Wie zoekt Element Amsterdam? Je krijgt er energie van om mensen het naar hun zin te maken. En zeg nou eerlijk, wie wordt er niet blij van vrolijke gezichten? Je hebt people skills: communicatief vaardig, empathisch vermogen en vanzelfsprekend een gastvrije houding. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring binnen de hotellerie en kennis van Opera (reserveringssysteem). In ieder geval ben je woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving (harde eis). Het gaat om een fulltime of parttime functie waarbij je werkt in verschillende diensten. Er is een ochtenddienst van 6.45 - 15.15, middendienst van 9.45 - 18.15 en avonddienst van 14.45 - 23.15.
