Functie-eisen: Functieomschrijving:Als Front Office Agent bij Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton ben je het gezicht van het hotel en zorg je voor een uitzonderlijke en persoonlijke gastbeleving. Je anticipeert op de wensen van onze gasten en zorgt ervoor dat zij een luxe ervaring hebben. Je biedt service die de verwachtingen overtreft en zorgt ervoor dat elke gast zich gewaardeerd en speciaal voelt.
