Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Hotel Indigo Vienna - Naschmarkt 1 Front Office Agent (STARS)* Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du gerne:

* Professioneller und herzlicher Empfang der Gäste

* Check-in/Check-out sowie Durchführungen der Anschlussbuchungen

* Zentrale Kontaktperson für alle Gästewünsche

* Reservierungsanfragen nimmst du entgegen und bearbeitest diese sorgfältig

* Sämtliche administrative Aufgaben am Front Office stellst du sicher und selbständig durch und trägst zu einem effektiven und effizienten operativen Ablauf bei

* Erfahrungen mit der Hotelsoftware Opera helfen dir im neuen Job

Das Hotel Indigo Vienna - Naschmarkt befindet sich in zentraler Lage im Wiener Bezirk Margareten, nahe dem bekannten Naschmarkt. Das Haus bietet 158 individuell gestaltete Zimmer sowie ein hochwertiges gastronomisches Angebot mit Restaurant und Bar. Ein begrünter Innenhof sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und unterstreicht das stilvolle Gesamtkonzept des Hotels.
