Als Front Office Host (m/w/d) bringst Du ein herausragendes Maß an Engagement, einen Fokus auf exzellenten Service und eine echte Leidenschaft für die Schaffung positiver Gästeerlebnisse in das dynamische Front Office Team ein.

Gewünschtes Kompetenzprofil

* Erfahrung im Front Office, in der Hotellerie oder im Dienstleistungsbereich von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Bereitschaft für flexible Tagdienste

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Gästeorientierung

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationsgeschick sowie zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Lösungsorientierung

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Offenheit gegenüber digitalen Tools und Hotelsoftware

Aufgaben

* Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Gästeanfragen und Telefonaten

* Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts

* Beratung zu lokalen Attraktionen, Restaurants und Veranstaltungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Hotelabteilungen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Front Office
