Jouw missie is ervoor te zorgen dat elke gast Amsterdam beleeft als een local: verrassend, persoonlijk en onvergetelijk. Vanaf het moment van aankomst tot vertrek creëer jij samen met jouw teams een naadloze en memorabele guest journey. Je geeft leiding aan zowel het Front Office als Housekeeping team met energie, empathie en oog voor detail, en waarborgt een service-, kwaliteits- en netheidsniveau dat volledig aansluit bij het NYX-merk.
