Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!Voor het 4-sterren Zaan Hotel Amsterdam Zaandam zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Front Office Manager.Als Front Office Manager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het Front Office team en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met de Front Office Shiftleaders en de afdeling Reservations.We zoeken vooral iemand die goed is in leidinggeven, coachen en motiveren, en die ervoor zorgt dat medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf halen.Wat ga je doen? • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het Front Office team en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer; • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt medewerkers; • Je geeft duidelijke en constructieve feedback en spreekt medewerkers aan wanneer dat nodig is; • Je bewaakt onze service- en gastvrijheidsstandaarden; • Je ondersteunt het team tijdens drukke momenten en springt waar nodig zelf bij; • Je maakt en beheert een efficiënte personeelsplanning; • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en voert voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken; • Je behandelt complexere vragen en klachten van gasten; • Je werkt nauw samen met Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B en de overige afdelingen; • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en neemt initiatief om de Front Office verder te ontwikkelen.
