The posting

Als medewerker bij de Front Office ben je in eerste instantie het gezicht van ons hotel en degene die de gast bij binnenkomst op een gastvrije en warme manier verwelkomt. Je staat gasten te woord en helpt hen bij alle vragen die zij hebben. Initieel zorg je bij aankomst voor een soepele check-in procedure. Bij vertrek doe jij de check-out met de gast en helpt hen met de laatste zaken om de voortgang van hun reis eventueel te kunnen versoepelen. Tevens draag je bij aan het handhaven van een veilige hotel omgeving voor gasten en collega's.Dagelijkse werkzaamheden • Check-in & check-out procedure met de gast: je bent verantwoordelijk voor gastvrije ontvangst en een warm afscheid van de gast. • Informatie voorziening: je geeft de gast tips en advies om hun verblijf in onze stad zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. • Boeken tours / tickets / restaurants: je helpt de gast bij het boeken van datgene waar de gast om vraagt. • Telefoon: je beantwoordt de telefoon en/of schakelt door naar de juiste persoon binnen de organisatie. • Administratieve taken: je houdt administratieve taken bij omtrent het verblijf van onze gasten en het beantwoordt e-mails. • Coördineren van kamerverzoeken: indien gevraagd maak je aanpassingen in de kamer indeling om de gast zo veel mogelijk in de behoefte te kunnen voorzien. • Netheid receptie en lobby: je houdt je werkomgeving en de lobby netjes voor onze gasten. • Netheid achterkant: je draagt bij aan een nette achterkant en zorgt dat de werkplekken netjes zijn.Teamwerk en samenwerkingIn de rol van Front Office medewerker werk je samen met een team van receptionisten en receptie assistenten. Jullie worden aangestuurd door de Front Office Manager, maar werken op een zelfstandige basis op een respectvolle manier met elkaar samen. De verdeling in taken tussen Front Office medewerkers en receptie assistenten is aantoonbaar aanwezig, echter zorgen jullie, door goed samen te werken, voor een soepele en efficiënte check- in en check-out van onze gasten en
