Reiskostenvergoeding voor jouw kilometers! wie ben jij Om deze baan goed uit te kunnen voeren, voldoe je als front office medewerker logistiek aan de volgende eisen: - Je spreekt Nederlands - Je spreekt Engels - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar - Je bent bereid om op de Maasvlakte te werken - Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau - Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en een eigen auto wat ga je doen In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de bezoekers, chauffeurs en de afdeling Operations. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je schakelt moeiteloos tussen administratieve taken en klantcontact. - Ontvangen en verwelkomen van chauffeurs, bezoekers en collega's. - Meegeven van laad- en losopdrachten en doorverwijzen naar de juiste plek. - Afstemmen van aanmeldingen met de afdeling Operations. - Verwerken van documenten en opvolgen van richtlijnen (NVWA, douane, T1). - Registreren en bijhouden van data in Softpak en andere digitale systemen. waar ga je werken Je gaat aan de slag bij een grote, internationale logistieke speler op de Maasvlakte in Rotterdam.
