Als Front Office Shiftleader ben je altijd op de hoogte van welke gasten aankomen en vertrekken. Na de overdracht met je collega's weet je precies wat er die dag gedaan moet worden. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team goed voorbereid is, zodat er voldoende tijd is om gasten te helpen. Je hebt oprechte interesse in onze gasten en maakt graag een praatje met vaste gasten. Ook geef je tips voor een leuke dag in Den Haag of de omgeving. Collega's kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen. Je begeleidt je team daarbij proactief om het beste uit iedereen te halen. Dit vind je leuk om te doen: - Creëren van een positieve werksfeer door collega's op een ondersteunende manier te begeleiden; - Helpen bij het maken van roosters: - Selecteren en inwerken van nieuwe collega's; - Zorgen voor een vriendelijk in- en uitcheckproces met blije gasten; - Gasten informeren over faciliteiten en tips geven over de omgeving; - Nieuwe reserveringen aannemen en verwerken buiten werktijd van het reserveringsteam.
