Als Front Office Shiftleader bij DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre zorg jij ervoor dat iedere gast een warm welkom en een onvergetelijke ervaring beleeft. Je bent tijdens jouw shift hét aanspreekpunt voor gasten en collega's. Je stuurt het Front Office team aan, coacht medewerkers, bewaakt de servicekwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt. Met jouw enthousiasme, oog voor detail en hands-on mentaliteit creëer je een gastvrije omgeving waarin zowel gasten als collega's zich welkom voelen. Samen met het team draag je bij aan de unieke beleving van twee bijzondere Rotterdamse hotels binnen de Hilton-familie.Over ons: Aan de oevers van de Maas vormen Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton en DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre samen een unieke hotelcombinatie in het hart van Rotterdam. Met 480 kamers en ruim 1.000 m² aan flexibele evenementenruimte behoort het complex tot de grootste hotelconcepten in de stad en de Benelux. Hier komen design, comfort en locatie samen. De hotels bieden een indrukwekkend uitzicht over de Rotterdamse skyline en de Maas en vormen een natuurlijke ontmoetingsplek voor internationale gasten, lokale bezoekers, meetings en evenementen. Beide hotels zijn recent volledig getransformeerd en sinds 2025 onderdeel van Curio Collection by Hilton en DoubleTree by Hilton.
