The posting

De Bonte Wever beschikt over een tweetal recepties. Bij onze hotelreceptie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het eerste contact met onze gasten bij aankomst in het hotel. Je verwelkomt de gasten, verzorgt de check-in, check-out in het hotelreserveringsysteem Vips en informeert de gasten actief over het hotel en de mogelijkheden. Je bent in staat de gastwensen te inventariseren en daarop te reageren. Ook beantwoord je daarnaast de binnenkomende e-mails, telefoon en verwerk je nieuwe reserveringen in het systeem.

Bij onze centrale receptie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het eerste contact met onze zakelijke- en dag gasten. Je verwelkomt de gast en verwijst/begeleid ze door naar de goede locatie. Onze dag-gast verkoop je een dag ticket of arrangement. Je beantwoordt daarnaast de telefoon, verwerkt administratieve handelingen en bent het gezicht bij binnenkomst van de gasten.

Voor beide recepties geldt dat een commerciële instelling gewenst is en dat je onze gasten attent maakt op extra mogelijkheden binnen De Bonte Wever.
