Wil je werken op het snijvlak van IT, logistiek en terminaloperatie, waarbij jouw werk direct zichtbaar is in de dagelijkse praktijk? Dan is dit een interessante volgende stap. Wat ga je doen? Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ben je de schakel tussen IT en de dagelijkse terminaloperatie. Je beheert en optimaliseert applicaties die essentieel zijn voor de bedrijfsvoering. Denk hierbij aan systemen rondom terminaloperaties, planning, voertuigenbeheer en logistieke processen. Je bent niet alleen bezig met het oplossen van incidenten, maar kijkt ook actief naar hoe applicaties en processen slimmer, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder kunnen worden ingericht. Omdat je op locatie werkt, sta je letterlijk dicht bij de mensen die met de systemen werken. Je begrijpt daardoor wat er op de werkvloer nodig is en kunt dit vertalen naar concrete IT-oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert en optimaliseert een bedrijfskritische applicatie binnen de logistieke en terminaloperatie (Softpak); - Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen, incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken; - Je analyseert applicatieproblemen en zorgt voor een passende oplossing; - Je werkt samen met externe IT-partners wanneer specialistische kennis nodig is; - Je vertaalt wensen en behoeften vanuit de operatie naar concrete functionele oplossingen; - Je begeleidt changes, testen en implementaties; - Je signaleert mogelijkheden voor proces- en applica...
