Over de functie Als Functioneel Beheerder Microsoft 365 ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale inrichting, adoptie en functionele werking van het Microsoft 365-platform. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening aansluit op de behoeften van de organisatie en ondersteunt gebruikers bij het effectief inzetten van de beschikbare mogelijkheden. Je werkt nauw samen met gebruikers, IT-teams, leveranciers en andere stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de digitale werkplek. Verantwoordelijkheden · Behandelen van incidenten, serviceverzoeken en functionele wijzigingen binnen M365. · Inventariseren en analyseren van gebruikerswensen en deze vertalen naar functionele oplossingen. · Functioneel beheren van M365-diensten zoals: SharePoint online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms en andere M365 apps. · Opstellen van functionele specificaties, requirements en werkinstructies. · Adviseren over de inrichting, toepassing en optimalisatie van M 365-functionaliteiten. · Begeleiden en coördineren van wijzigingen, releases en nieuwe functionaliteiten. · Opstellen uitvoeren van acceptatietesten vanuit gebruikersperspectief. · Bewaken van Governance, compliance, informatiebeveiliging en architectuurkaders.
