Jij vindt dat juist interessant. Als functioneel beheerder kijk je vooruit, zie je kansen en denk je actief mee over hoe het slimmer, beter en efficiënter kan. Binnen ons team word je functioneel beheerder van verschillende applicaties, waaronder software voor de Omgevingswet en software voor sjabloonbeheer. Stuk voor stuk belangrijke systemen die helpen om onze informatiehuishouding goed te organiseren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ze betrouwbaar werken, actueel blijven en optimaal aansluiten bij wat onze gebruikers nodig hebben. Jij maakt het verschil voor gebruikers Voor gebruikers ben jij hét aanspreekpunt. Hebben ze een vraag, loopt iets niet zoals het hoort of is er een nieuwe functionaliteit? Jij duikt erin en zorgt dat er een oplossing komt. Je beheert en richt de applicaties in, verwerkt wijzigingen en updates en houdt de beschikbaarheid en werking goed in de gaten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met leveranciers en collega's. Je houdt documentatie op orde, deelt kennis en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers weten wat er verandert en hoe ze nieuwe mogelijkheden optimaal kunnen benutten. Je ziet kansen voor verbetering Je bent niet iemand die alleen beheert wat er al is. Je kijkt vooruit en denkt mee. Zie je dat een proces slimmer kan? Dan laat je van je horen.
