In jouw rol als Functioneel Beheerder Youforce ben je de verbindende schakel tussen HR, de organisatie en de technische inrichting van Youforce. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in ons project om HR-processen verder te digitaliseren en te optimaliseren. Je zorgt ervoor dat Youforce goed aansluit bij de behoeften van de gebruikers en dat HR-processen zo efficiënt en gebruiksvriendelijk mogelijk worden ingericht. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van HR en de functioneel beheerder Youforce. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw kennis structureel wordt overgedragen en duurzaam wordt geborgd binnen de organisatie.
