Als Functioneel Beheerder Payroll bij Salure zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten optimaal gebruik maken van AFAS Profit. Geen dag is hetzelfde: elke wijzigingsaanvraag brengt een nieuwe uitdaging met zich mee. Samen met jouw collega's help je klanten vooruit en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Wat ga je doen? - Via onze tickettool ontvang je wijzigingsverzoeken en vragen van klanten. Jij bepaalt de prioriteiten en zorgt dat alles snel en zorgvuldig wordt opgepakt. - Je voert o.a. wijzigingen uit in looncomponenten, maakt payroll specifieke analyses, houd je bezig met het pensioeninrichting, bonusregelingen die specifiek voor één bepaalde klant gelden. Elke keer weer een nieuwe uitdaging. - Je puzzelt, zoekt uit, duikt diep in de payroll, zoekt berekeningen uit en past deze waar nodig aan. Jij ziet de fouten in een berekening en lost ze op en formules hebben voor jou geen geheimen. - Je past de wet- en regelgeving toe en blijft hier natuurlijk van op de hoogte. - Door de brede variatie aan vragen en regelingen blijft jouw werk altijd dynamisch en uitdagend.
