En heb je kennis van Inplanning en AFAS ? Dan is deze tijdelijke functie interessant voor jou. Voor een publieke organisatie in Noord-Brabant zoeken wij een Functioneel Beheerder voor 16 uur per week. Je werkt mee aan de implementatie van een nieuw integraal rooster- en planningssysteem binnen een 24/7-organisatie. Je richt het systeem functioneel in, begeleidt testtrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat de interne beheerorganisatie na afloop zelfstandig verder kan. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de functionele inrichting en implementatie van het nieuwe rooster- en planningssysteem. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Analyseren van roosterprocessen en functionele requirements - Opstellen van functionele ontwerpen en inrichtingsvoorstellen - Configureren van het rooster- en planningssysteem - Uitwerken van procesafspraken en functionele specificaties - Opstellen van testscenario's en testscripts - Uitvoeren van functionele verificaties - Begeleiden van gebruikersacceptatietesten - Vastleggen van testresultaten - Signaleren van risico's en afhankelijkheden - Opstellen van beheerdocumentatie en werkinstructies - Overdragen van kennis aan de interne beheerorganisatie Je schakelt daarbij tussen gebruikers, projectcollega's en leveranciers.
