En wil je bijdragen aan de digitale transformatie van iHub, zodat onze zorgprofessionals optimaal worden ondersteund in hun werk? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je! Functie informatie Als Functioneel Beheerder Zorg zorg jij ervoor dat onze zorgapplicaties optimaal aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk van zorgprofessionals. Een belangrijk onderdeel is het functioneel beheer van Medicore, het Elektronisch Cliëntendossier (ECD) van iHub. Deze applicatie ondersteunt een groot deel van onze primaire zorgprocessen en is daarmee een bedrijfskritische applicatie voor onze zorgprofessionals. Je bent de schakel tussen gebruikers, processen, applicaties en leveranciers. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vraag of melding die binnenkomt. Je wilt begrijpen wat erachter zit en denkt actief mee over hoe processen en systemen slimmer, efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen worden ingericht. Je werk is veelzijdig. Natuurlijk behandel je incidenten en gebruikersvragen, maar je houdt je ook bezig met verbeteringen, wijzigingen en innovaties. Zo analyseer je behoeften vanuit de organisatie, voer je informatieanalyses uit, stem je wijzigingen af met leveranciers en draag je bij aan projecten rondom digitalisering, procesoptimalisatie en nieuwe functionaliteiten. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Collega's ondersteunt bij vragen over onze zorgapplicaties en samen zoekt naar passende oplossingen; - Naast het beheer ook bijdraagt aan verdere ontwikkeling van het ECD (Medicore); - Meedenkt over hoe processen en applicaties beter kunnen aansluiten op wat gebruikers nod...
