Op het kantoor in Amsterdam werken nu ongeveer 40 mensen. Zij gebruiken een ERP systeem dat door de Finance Director zelf is ontwikkeld en willen nu de transitie maken naar een nieuw systeem. De verantwoordelijkheid van de controller zal liggen bij het selecteren, implementeren en beheren van het nieuwe ERP systeem. Het huidige systeem zal nog zeker een jaar naast het nieuwe systeem draaien, tot de transitie soepel is verlopen. Wij zoeken iemand met ervaring in accounting en control binnen fondsadministratie die ook affiniteit heeft met computersystemen en procesoptimalisatie. De nieuwe controller moet eigenaarschap kunnen nemen over het ERP systeem en de eindverantwoordelijkheid daarvoor kunnen dragen. Wat ga je doen? Als Fund Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de fondsadministratie (60 entiteiten). Jij wordt eigenaar van de software die je zelf gaat gebruiken én implementeren. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Selectie, inrichting en implementatie en beheer van een nieuw fondsadministratiesysteem (voor capital calls, distributies, jaarrekeningen); - Uitfaseren van het huidige, intern ontwikkelde systeem; - Signaleren en toepassen van innovaties, met name op het gebied van AI in fondsadministratie; - Opzetten van toekomstbestendige, schaalbare administratieve processen. - Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren managing partner die deze taken momenteel deels uitvoert en als sparringspartner zal fungeren.
