Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wie zijn wij Wie zijn wij Ipse de Bruggen is de grootste zorgorganisatie in Zuid-Holland voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in complexe zorgvragen. Op 370 zorglocaties bieden wij met ruim 5.500 medewerkers en 2.200 vrijwilligers bijna 5.700 cliënten zorg en ondersteuning bij wonen, werken, leren en ontspannen. Onze missie is: zorgen dat cliënten een goed leven hebben en zich kunnen blijven ontwikkelen. Wij geloven dat er altijd meer mogelijk is. Hoe klein het stapje ook is. De afdeling fysiotherapie maakt onderdeel uit van het Expertisecentrum - integrale diagnostiek & behandeling van Ipse de Bruggen. Dit is een organisatorische eenheid waarbinnen specifieke kennis bijeen gebracht is, ontwikkeld en toegepast wordt door middel van multidisciplinair onderzoek, behandeling en advisering. Je bent betrokken bij zowel intra- als extramurale (_ong) volwassen & ouderwordende cliënten. Je werkplek is het behandelcentrum, maar je zal ook regelmatig de woningen en de dagbestedingslocaties bezoeken op het landgoed en locaties in de regio. Jouw baan als Fysiotherapeut Je werkt als fysiotherapeut binnen de intramurale en extramurale zorg voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Denk hierbij aan: diagnostiek en behandeling van cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Vaak is er sprake van complexe, meervoudige problematiek, die vraagt om interdisciplinaire samenwerking; adviseren en informeren van betrokkenen, behandelaars en/of het interdisciplinair team aangaande het vakgebied en het verloop van de behandeling; registratie en rapportage volgens de richtlijnen van de organisatie en de eigen beroepsgroep; het leveren van een bijdrage aan beleids- en kennisontwikkeling op het gebied van de zorgverlening en het eigen vakgebied. Jouw profiel

Je: bent in het bezit van een afgeronde hbo fysiotherapie opleiding; hebt een een BIG en KRF registratie; bent zelfstandig, collegiaal, inventief, service gericht en flexibel en beschik je over voldoende empathisch vermogen; beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; bent in staat systematisch en ordelijk te werken; hebt een proactieve houding en samenwerkingsvermogen met verschillende disciplines; bezit de mogelijkheid tot ‘out of the box’ denken om je doel te bereiken. Daarnaast is ervaring met deze doelgroep wenselijk. Wat krijg je van ons Een bruto maandsalaris van€ 3.622 - € 5.304 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO gehandicaptenzorg FWG 55 Een tijdelijke aanstelling voor de duur van een jaar. Bij goed functioneren uitzicht op verlenging, 24-32 uur per week Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
