Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen beleid en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat managers en medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een sterke HR-partner. DIT GA JE DOEN Als HR Manager Operations houd je je bezig met de dagelijkse HR-operatie binnen onze organisatie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de HR-dienstverlening, ondersteunt bij complexe dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen effectief worden uitgevoerd en continu worden verbeterd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: · Het leidinggeven aan en coachen van de HR Business Partners; · Het adviseren en ondersteunen van managers bij complexe personeelsvraagstukken, arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties en verzuimdossiers; · Het bewaken en optimaliseren van HR-processen en de kwaliteit van de HR-dienstverlening; · Het leiden van operationele HR-projecten en implementatietrajecten; · Het analyseren van HR-data en managementinformatie om verbeteringen door te v...
