Das Gasthaus in der Buckligen Welt wird schon seit langer Zeit in Familienhand geführt und vereint langjährige Tradition mit moderner Küche. Umgeben von Natur und einigen möglichen Ausflugszielen bietet der Standort des Gasthauses eine optimale und vor allem ruhige Lage zum Verweilen.

Unser Kunde sucht Verstärkung und bildet Sie am 2. Bildungsweg aus als 1 Gastronomiefachmann/-frau (m/w/d)

Zielgruppe:

Beim AMS NÖ gemeldete Personen ab 18 Jahren, die über keine oder keine verwertbare Ausbildung verfügen.

Qualifikationen:

-Abschluss der allgemeinen Schulpflicht

-Freude und Interesse am Erlernen des Berufes

-Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben:

-Speise- und Getränkebestellungen annehmen

-Speisen und Getränke servieren

-Gäste bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken beraten

-Tische decken und dekorieren

-Speisen am Tisch oder am Buffet zubereiten

-Rechnungen ausstellen und kassieren

-Arbeiten in der Küche

-Vor- und Zubereiten von Speisen

-Nacharbeiten in der Küche

Sie werden im Rahmen von AQUA (Arbeitsplatznahe Qualifizierung) eine Lehre am 2. Bildungsweg und einem betrieblichen Praktikum absolvieren. Die Dauer ist auf die Hälfte der regulären Lehrzeit festgelegt, maximal jedoch 24 Monate. Sie erhalten für die Dauer der Ausbildung weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes und einen Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten trägt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Einstiegsgehalt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: 1860,00 brutto, pro Monat.(Stand Oktober 2025) Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
