Als gastvrouw of gastheer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en hét visitekaartje van een grote, sfeervolle showroom. Jij ontvangt klanten met een glimlach, helpt hen aan de balie en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes en soepel verloopt. Een afwisselende functie waarin gastvrijheid, klantcontact en administratieve werkzaamheden samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als gastvrouw of gastheer zorg jij ervoor dat klanten prettig worden ontvangen en goed worden geholpen. Tijdens drukke momenten ondersteun jij jouw collega's op de winkelvloer. Jij houdt het overzicht, blijft rustig en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant de aandacht krijgt die hij verdient. Daarnaast houd jij de balie en ontvangstomgeving netjes en verzorgd. Jij hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in retail, horeca, klantenservice of een andere klantgerichte functie. Gastvrijheid, nauwkeurigheid en een servicegerichte houding zijn voor deze functie belangrijk. Jij vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen te werken en bent beschikbaar in de weekenden en op feestdagen. Jij spreekt goed Nederlands; kennis van Engels of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
