Vanaf het moment dat de gast aan tafel plaatsneemt, zorg jij voor een ontspannen, professionele en persoonlijke service. Je hebt oprechte aandacht, kennis van gastronomie en gevoel voor timing.Je neemt bestellingen op, adviseert over gerechten, wijnen en dranken en verzorgt de service met aandacht voor presentatie, tempo en detail. Je kent onze producten en het verhaal achter het menu en weet dit op een natuurlijke manier met onze gasten te delen.Tijdens de service houd je oog voor sfeer en tempo in de zaal, speel je in op de wensen van gasten en werk je nauw samen met de F&B Manager, sommeliers, keuken en collega's. Guest Relations verzorgt het eerste contact, reserveringen en de ontvangst rondom hotel en restaurants; jij richt je primair op de restaurantbeleving en service aan tafel.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden· Voorbereiden van de zaal en verzorgen van een nauwkeurige mise-en-place.· Professioneel opnemen en serveren van gerechten en dranken.· Adviseren over het menu, dranken en - in afstemming met de sommelier - wijn.· Bewaken van timing, tafelverloop en gastbeleving gedurende de service.· Signaleren van wensen en bijzonderheden en deze tijdig delen met collega's.· Zorgen voor een verzorgde zaal en een soepele overdracht tussen keuken en service.· Actief bijdragen aan productkennis, servicekwaliteit en een sterke teamcultuur.
