In deze rol stuur je op de realisatie van het uitvoeringsprogramma, toets je nieuwe ontwikkelingen en zorg je voor een goede samenhang tussen inhoud, planning, financiën en communicatie. Je werkt in projectteamverband en schakelt intensief met collega's, bestuur en betrokken partijen in het gebied. Je bent een stevige en zelfstandige professional die ontwikkelingen overziet en partijen weet te verbinden. Met jouw ervaring in gebiedsontwikkeling en leisure weet je kansen te signaleren, scenario's uit te werken en complexe belangen zorgvuldig tegen elkaar af te wegen. Je communiceert helder, beweegt soepel in een bestuurlijke omgeving en levert een zichtbare bijdrage aan een goed functionerend gebied.
