Zet jouw expertise in voor cliënten met LVB, psychiatrische problematiek en verslavingsproblematiek. Jij brengt gedrag in beweging én krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Over de functie Als gedragsdeskundige kijk jij verder dan het gedrag dat zichtbaar is. Je onderzoekt wat erachter schuilgaat en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar een passende behandeling en begeleiding. Daarmee maak je dagelijks impact op het leven van cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking, vaak in combinatie met psychiatrische problematiek, verslaving of complexe gedragsvraagstukken. Je analyseert complexe casuïstiek, voert behandelingen uit en stelt behandel- en begeleidingsplannen op. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met begeleiders, behandelaren en afdelingsmanagers. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg en neemt de inhoudelijke regie wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt. Daarnaast coach je collega's en help je teams om gedrag beter te begrijpen. Je deelt jouw kennis, denkt kritisch mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een professionele werkomgeving waarin blijven leren centraal staat. Wat je gaat doen Wat ga je doen? Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten met complexe gedrags- en zorgvragen; - Analyseren van casuïstiek en opstellen van behandel- en begeleidingsplannen; - Adviseren en coachen van begeleiders en multidisciplinaire teams; - Bewaken van de inhoudelijke kwaliteit en voortgang van de zorg; - Bijdragen aan deskundigheidsbevordering, beleidsontwikkeling en innovatie.
