Grensarbeid zoekt voor Stichting Radar een gedragskundige (GZ-)psycholoog/ orthopedagoog.

Als gedragskundige werk je met (licht) verstandelijk beperkte mensen. Jij verbindt, analyseert en denkt in kansen, zodat onze cliënten én onze teams de ondersteuning krijgen die ze nodig hebben om de beste zorg te bieden. Hoe zie jij onze cliënten?

Iedereen verdient een omgeving waarin hij of zij zich kan ontwikkelen. Maar soms is dat niet vanzelfsprekend. Dan moet je verder kijken dan de situatie van dit moment. En onderzoeken wat een cliënt in zich heeft om te groeien. Dat is bij Radar elke dag onze missie. Is het ook jouw missie?

Als gedragskundige bij Radar speel je een actieve rol in het realiseren van de kwaliteit van leven van onze cliënten.

  • Je signaleert knelpunten, voert diagnostiek en behandeling uit waar nodig en bent de verbindende schakel tussen cliënt, begeleiders en andere professionals.
  • Je vertaalt de cliëntvraag naar de praktijk en ondersteunt teams in deskundigheidsbevordering en methodisch werken 'op de werkvloer'.
  • Met jouw specialistische blik help je onze cliënten én hun netwerk om de juiste stappen te zetten.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je werkt ook nauw samen met onze senior gespecialiseerd begeleiders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat ondersteunings- en behandelplannen niet alleen op papier bestaan, maar daadwerkelijk uitgevoerd worden.
  • Een beroepsgerichte afgeronde universitaire opleiding met een diagnostische aantekening (of bereid om deze te behalen)
  • Ervaring als gedragskundige in de zorg voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking
  • Tact, inlevingsvermogen, motiverend en reflecterend vermogen en coachende vaardigheden
  • Je denkt en handelt methodisch en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar werkbare plannen
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en doortastend: je treedt adequaat op in crisissituaties
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als multidisciplinair werken en feedback geven én ontvangen
  • Een leergierige en toegankelijke houding
  • Leveren van een bijdrage aan innovatie van de kwaliteit van zorg en organisatorische vraagstukken
