In deze functie zet je jouw expertise in voor cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB), psychiatrische- en verslavingsproblematiek. Je adviseert, behandelt en coacht collega's, terwijl je samenwerkt binnen een multidisciplinair team aan de best mogelijke zorg. Als Gedragswetenschapper bied je behandeling, begeleiding en inhoudelijke ondersteuning aan cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB), vaak in combinatie met psychiatrische-, verslavings- of gedragsproblematiek. Je analyseert complexe casuïstiek, vertaalt onbegrepen gedrag naar passende interventies en adviseert collega's over de meest effectieve behandel- en begeleidingsmethoden. Naast jouw adviserende rol voer je zelf behandelingen uit, stel je behandel- en begeleidingsplannen op en bewaak je de kwaliteit van zorg. Je neemt de regie bij complexe casuïstiek en werkt nauw samen met begeleiders, afdelingsmanagers en andere behandelaren om cliënten de juiste ondersteuning te bieden. Je levert daarnaast een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je deelt jouw kennis binnen de teams, denkt mee over kwaliteitsverbetering en beleidsontwikkeling en draagt bij aan een professionele en lerende werkomgeving waarin samenwerking en deskundigheid centraal staan.
