Je ondersteunt jeugdzorgwerkers bij (kern)beslissingen in multidisciplinair overleg, zoals het verlengen of beëindigen van een ondertoezichtstelling, het inzetten van hulpverlening of het overwegen van een uithuisplaatsing. Met jouw analytische blik ben je een stevige sparringpartner. Daarnaast coach, adviseer en begeleid je jeugdzorgwerkers individueel én in teamverband. Je verbindt, positioneert en kijkt samen naar wat wél kan - altijd met oog voor het kind en zijn omgeving. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het opstellen en bijstellen van hulpverleningslijnen en rapportages; - Het adviseren in multidisciplinaire overleggen; - Het ondersteunen van medewerkers individueel en in teamverband; - Het bieden van vakinhoudelijke begeleiding en het verbinden van theorie en praktijk; - Het bijdragen aan methodiekontwikkeling, innovatie en evaluatie. What it takes Kennis & ervaring: - Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding in de gedragswetenschappen; - Stressbestendig en beslissing vaardig zijn; - Enkele jaren werkervaring als gedragswetenschapper of relevante ervaring als jeugdzorgwerker; - Kennis van (jeugd)problematieken zoals gedrags-, hechtings- en opvoedproblemen, kindermishandeling en complexe echtscheidingen; - Inzicht in erkende (crisis)interventies, behandelmethoden en het jeugdzorgsysteem; - Bereidheid om te werken in (Zuid) Limburg - Kennis van organisatie- en kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de jeugdzorg. Specifieke kenmerken: - sterke analytische vaardigheden in (psycho)diagnostiek en indicatiestelling; - vermogen om te werken met weerstand en je te positioneren in complexe situaties; - focus op samenwerking en integraliteit; - registratie in het BIG-register of bij het SKJ.
