Bij William Schrikker Jeugdbescherming & jeugdreclassering krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een gedreven team in Twente. Samen maken we écht het verschil. Als gedragswetenschapper bij de William Schrikker Jeugdbescherming & Jeugdreclassering (WSJBJR) maak je deel uit van de landelijke vakgroep van gedragswetenschappers en werk je voornamelijk binnen je eigen regionale cluster. Je hebt een adviserende en coachende rol richting de kernteams van jeugdbeschermers. Je geeft hen zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd advies en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van het primair proces. Binnen WSJBJR speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van jeugdbeschermers bij het realiseren van duurzame veranderingen in het leven van kinderen en gezinnen. Als expert help je met een scherpe en analytische blik bij het maken van afgewogen keuzes. De jeugdbeschermer blijft hierbij verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en besluitvorming. Wat ga je doen? Als gedragswetenschapper ben je betrokken gedurende het hele traject van een maatregel. Je combineert jouw inhoudelijke expertise met een adviserende rol en coacht jeugdbeschermers in hun werk. Verder zijn jouw kerntaken: - Je draagt bij aan de deskundigheidsbevordering van jeugdbeschermers en deelt jouw visie op methodieken en beleid met zowel collega's als management; - Met jouw kritische en adviserende blik help je jeugdbeschermers bij het nemen van ingrijpende beslissingen binnen de gestelde kaders; - Je bespreekt (complexe) c...
