Dit wordt jouw functie Als gedragswetenschapper jeugdzorg binnen Advizo heb je een vooral een coachende en adviserende rol. Je ondersteunt jeugdzorgmedewerkers binnen jouw afdeling bij hun casussen. Daarnaast denk je mee over de vervolgstappen die zij kunnen zetten binnen de gezinnen die ze begeleiden. Tijdens onze wekelijkse multidisciplinaire overleggen adviseer je de jeugdzorgwerkers over kernbeslissingen. Vanuit jouw kennis over onder andere ontwikkelingspsychologie en opvoeding zet je jeugdzorgmedewerkers aan het denken over de voor- en nadelen van verschillende behandelingen. Ook coach je jeugdzorgmedewerkers in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling als professional. Als het nodig is, zit je bij gesprekken of ga je mee op huisbezoek. De werksfeer binnen de jeugdzorg is informeel. Er wordt hard gewerkt en collegiale ondersteuning, zowel op inhoudelijk als persoonlijk vlak, is aanwezig. Als Gedragswetenschapper ga je

- Jeugdzorgmedewerkers ondersteunen bij het analyseren van hun casussen;

- Met jeugdzorgmedewerkers meedenken over de vervolgstappen die zij kunnen zetten binnen de gezinnen die zij begeleiden.

- Meelezen met rapportages van je collega’s over de kinderen/j​ongeren en deze informatie verwerken in tips en adviezen;

- Jeugdzorgmedewerkers coachen in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling;

- Aansluiten bij huisbezoeken of gesprekken met ouders en kinderen als dit nodig is;

- Tijdens multidisciplinaire overleggen jeugdzorgmedewerkers adviseren over belangrijke beslissingen.
